it's finally here again after 4 long years (:
First kick-off, Czech Republic beat co-host Switzerland 1-0 to bag 3 points in Group A. The Portugal v Turkey game will be coming up shortly, and I can't wait to see Cristiano Ronaldo, World Player of the Year to be, and his prodigious performance!

Talking about Ronaldo...
He's been giving us all a emotional roller coaster ride, it's like he's singing the song Jenny:"First you say you won't, then you say you will". Two weeks ago, he said he won't leave United, and that statement gave us a sigh of relieve, furthermore when the Glazers said they would do anything under their power to keep this priceless asset. Then just days ago, Ronaldo sparked United fans when he said he would join Real Madrid if they're really willing to give him what they offer which is 300,000 pounds a week. And he said again, it's not a confirm answer, and he won't speak about this matter until the Euro 2008 campaign is over.
It would surely be devastating to fans of United. Sighs, but if his heart is with Madrid then he's better off there, it's better than forcing him to stay, he wouldn't put his 100% heart, mind and soul into the game if he's forced to stay. Therefore, just let him be and wish him all the best, he will always be remember as one of the greats, a legend of United, but still, I yearn for Ronaldo to change his mind to continue his spell at Old Trafford . . .
