It was Swensen's Earthquake only one week ago, I'm splurging on good food recently, yesterday just had Subway that cost me $12 as I had a footlong, haha!

After that we have to rush back to school so we had a cab racing that costs us about $10 for each cab zzz . . .

There's a dress code, rules, and the timing is so early!

Holland 2 - 0 Denmark

Holland started their opening game in Group E against Denmark. After a goal-less first half, Denmark conceded an own goal early in the 2nd half, and then late in the game, Dirk Kuyt seals the game with a 2nd goal for Holland.

Good start in the World Cup !

16th June

Spain 0 - 1 Switzerland

Dubbed as one of the favourites to win the World Cup, they started off horribly in Group H, losing 1-0 to the Swiss. Spain really have to make good use of their next 2 group game matches to prove what they were worth!

19th June

Holland 1 -0 Japan

It takes one goal to break the Japanese hearts, Wesley Sneijder with a powerful goal! And the japanese goal keeper had no chance. The Japanese also played well, but they did not convert their chances. And Holland has confirmed a place in the last 16. Holland still have room for improvement though.

21st June

Spain 2 - 0 Honduras

Spain got back to their feet, and it was the almighty David Villa who lifted Spain with 2 magnificent goals! Could have had a hat trick but he miss from the penalty spot, but oh well, they played very well, could have scored more as usual, but 2 goals to nil is more than enough to defeat Honduras.

24th June

Cameroon 1- 2 Holland

Holland won all 3 games in the Group stage with a goal from van Persie and a late winner from Huntelaar! And Cameroon heads home with 3 losses... Holland takes the 1st spot and faces Slovakia who surprisingly defeated Italy and knock them out of the World Cup! Holland still have yet to reach their top form, compared to how they played in the qualifiers...

25th June

Chile 1 - 2 Spain

Spain also clinched the first place in the group and overtook Chile, with David Villa scoring his 3rd goal of the tournament, followed by a superb finish by Iniesta! Chile got a goal back early in the 2nd half, and after that, Spain kept the ball to themselves and hold on for the win all the way to the final whistle. They will face Portugal who are 2nd in Group G in the last 16!

28th June

Holland 2 - 1 Slovakia

Holland cruised passed Slovakia with a stunning goal from Robben and Sneijder's 2nd goal of the tournament! But in the final seconds, Holland conceded a penalty and the Slovaks scored a goal with their very last kick of the World Cup. Holland goes to the quarter finals to face Brazil who defeated Chile.

30th June

Spain 1 - 0 Portugal

It was a tough game in the first half where both sides have their chances. In the 2nd half, Spain pressured Portugal throughout, and the Portuguese goalkeeper made fantastic saves, but it was the pressure that finally paid of Spain's efforts, David Villa to the rescue again . . . A heart breaking goal for Ronaldo and co, just very unfortunate of them to face Spain in such an early time . . . And Spain goes to the quarter finals to face Paraguay who won Japan in the penalty shoot-out.

2nd July

Holland 2 - 1 Brazil

A historic win for Holland! Despite going 1-0 down in the first half from a very good goal by Robinho, Holland braced themselves and Sneijder scored twice to put the Oranje nation in front! Holland could have scored more, they really should put off those real sitters, but well, a win is a win, and winning against the 5 time champions is really something to remember forever :).

And Holland goes to the last 4 to face Uruguay who were just so lucky to get there . . .

4th July

Paraguay 0 - 1 Spain

Spain were on top of the game again, having most of the time containing the ball and David Villa rose up to the occasion yet again, scoring his 5th goal in the tournament and take Spain to the semi finals where they'll face a Germany who knock England and Argentina out of the World Cup, scoring 4 goals in each game...

7th July

Holland 3 - 2 Uruguay

Holland played well to score their goals, especially in the 18th minute when van Bronckhorst scored one of the best goals of the tournament, smacking the ball from 35 yards out on the left into the right top corner! Just before the half time, Diego Forlan lifted Uruguay with a sensational strike from 30 yards out! Sneijder in the 2nd half, scored his 4th goal of the tournament, and Robben scores shortly after that with a rare heading goal! 3-1!

Uruguay gave Holland a true scored when they scored a fantastic goal in injury time, but Holland did well to hold on till the final whistle which takes them to the GRAND FINAL!!!

Uruguay played well, and getting to the semi final is a great achievement, now they'll have an opportunity to win the 3rd placing match!

8th July

Germany 0 - 1 Spain

Yet another 1-0 win, usual possessive game, not giving Germany too much of the ball, held and held until with 15 minutes left and Carles Puyol blasted a powerful header from a corner into the back of the German net. . . And German who scored 8 goals in 2 games, scored none against Spain and will join Uruguay to chase the 3rd place, what a pity . . . But they have a very young and very talented squad, they will be better in 2014 if it all goes well.

And Spain will face Holland in the World Cup Final . . .

Good luck Holland, I believe, I trust you!

It was either a German total domination that scores 4 goals or a Spanish total possession that only scores 1 goal.

Well, the German did not show their skills that they shown against England and Argentina, there was no flair, Spain did a good job to nullify the Germans, their possession was once again fantastic. Boring though, it's effective. Keeping the ball to themselves, until they got a corner which lead to a powerful, heart breaking header by the center defender, Carles Puyol! Not David Villa this time, he has been marked consistently, lol.

All it takes was one spanish goal, and there goes Germany . . . What a pity.

Well, they have a chance to claim the 3rd placing against Uruguay this Saturday.

Well, Holland are expected to win and they did, and they are going to the GRAND FINALE!

It's been years since they been to the final, I'm just fucking happy, seriously! The only sad thing is that Ruud isn't in the squad, but still I'm happy enough.

What a goal by van Bronckhorst, and what a way to score 2 goals quickly in the second half, leaving Uruguay with no chance even if they scored one back in the last minute...

Diego Forlan has to be one of the best players in this tournament, he has lifted Uruguay so much, even against Holland when he scored a superb equalizer. But well, Uruguay is still Uruguay, it's good enough that they've come this far, and good luck for the 3rd place match, I hope you guy will win it. Just too bad that you've lost to Holland, you have to, cause I love Holland too much, lol!

Yesterday was the first day of school,

and it was like the holidays had not existed, lol, very normal.

Had not sleep at all the night before cause I couldn't sleep, lol!

Had been going to bed at 5 or 6am everyday because of the fucking World Cup Fever, I wish there is just one more week of holiday!

First when I reach school and there's a Tourism mock CA, fml...

Finshed up the MCQ and only did one question from section B, lol.

Was like a freaking zombie the whole day, fell asleep after lunch during taxation~

Slept at 9pm last night, woke up 10 hours later :)

Tonight Holland will go to the finals, 2 more matches to win the World Cup tournament.

Men in black were victorious in the 2nd day of the quarter finals, haha!

Argentina with world class forwards like Messi, Tevez, and Higuian, with a solid midfield and defense on papers... But they were out classed by a young German team, which most of them are still in their early 20s . . . A team with promising talent, a team with so much drive and spirit.

They were the ones that put 4 goals passed Argentina.

Germany 4 Argentina NIL.

What a game, seriously Argentina could not do anything to save themselves, lol.

And they will meet, expectedly, Spain, in the semi finals who beat Paraguay 1-0.

Paraguay COULD have won if they scored the penalty. That was the most controversial moment, cause within a minute after the penalty was saved by Casillas, Paraguay gave away a penalty to Spain in which they scored, but it had to been retaken cause of some foul between the players while Alonso was about to strike. So the penalty was retaken and the keeper saves!!

One of the best highlights of the tournaments, lol!

Well, Germany v Spain is as good as a World Cup Final.

Holland would most likely win Uruguay, and meet either one of these juggernauts!

I can feel that it's going to be Germany, and I have every reason to feel very afraid...

But my hope and faith is always there, I believe Holland can really go all the way this time.

Holland 2 - 1 Brazil, until now I still cannot believe it, seriously . . . Before the game, yes I supported them and I wanted them to win, but seriously, to really see it happen from reality, it really feels so fucking good!

Moreover Brazil were 1-0 up inside 10 minutes and it was Holland who forced a come back, I should not say a great come back, they may be lucky by the own goal, but Sneijder was fantastic to deliver such a dangerous ball in, no one could handle. And then Kuyt played a huged part for the 2nd goal, one clever flicked of the ball with his head to guide the ball nicely for Sneijder to head in the winning goal!!

If you think the dutch played dirty, look at yourselves first, bunch of barbarians . . .

Well, as I've always said, a win is a win, we scored twice, you scored only one, I don't care how ugly Holland played, in the end it's still us that won 2-1, so just fuck off LOSERS!!!

And Uruguay won Ghana 4-2 on penalties, Ghana should have won but how fucking stupid of them to miss the penalty right before the penalty shoot out, lol!

Well, bad luck! And Uruguay will face Holland in the semi finals with their striker Suarez suspended! Nice!

Happy 34th Birthday

My beloved, Ruud van Nistelrooy

7 years ago, when I first watched him, he was a prolific striker for Manchester United, at the peak of his career . . .

7 years later, he already became one of the greatest goal scoring legends in football.

It's fact that in the next 2 or 3 years, he is going to retire. Age has caught up with him, it's his retirement that I was not looking forward to . . . I really wish that he was younger . . .

There's so much he has not accomplished, it's really a pity for a player like van Nistelrooy not to win the Champions League before, not even the Europa League, has never won the World Cup or Euro Championships. . .

Sigh, should I say a good or bad career . . . Good in the way that he's goal tally is ranked one of the highest, probably 1 game, 1 goal. He has topped the top scoring charts countless times, played at Man United and Real Madrid and made a huge impact on both clubs, helping the clubs tremendously to win the league.

I would really miss him a lot, sigh . . .

Call me stupid, but you'll never understand the passion, the idolism I have for him. I don't know why either, I just admire him to the max, lol.

Caught Eclipse with Belle today!

It's the first day of the showing in SG and I really can't wait another day, haha =x

Anyway it was fucking awesome, quite draggy at some parts though. But the book is really thick!

Overall it was fantastic, better than Twilight and New Moon for sure, more action, especially when the Cullens and the wolves worked together to fight against Victoria's new borns.

And when Edward himself and Seth, the youngest among wolves, fought against Victoria and that dumb vampire lol.

And I booked the wrong place, I wanted to book Cine but I booked Causeway Point instead, so I booked twice @_@

Went to Causeway Point early today and collect the wrong tickets and sold it to a couple of kids who wanted to catch the same movie.

I bought 2 tickets for $16, and sold it for $12, cause kids have student price while booking online don't, plus a $1 booking fee ZZZ.

Well, losing $4 is better than losing $16.

Take it as I donate to Cathay for popcorn money, lol?
