In Group F, Paraguay won Slovakia and looks very likely to go into the 2nd Round and top the group as Italy drew against New Zealand 1-1. They were not even suppose to win, the fucking Italian dived and won the penalty. . . . It would have been a historical moment, although a draw against Italy already made history, lol.

Meanwhile in Group G, Ivory Coast could not handle Brazil's attacking flair, Luis Fabiano scored 2 very good goals, although he 2nd goal involved handling the ball but it still looks fantastic, like street style, lol! Kaka was brilliant who assisted Fabiano's first goal and Elano's 2nd goal in the competition. Drogba scored once but could not score any more than that.
And then it was stupid chaos, Kaka got a yellow card and seconds later, Kaka got another yellow and was sent off and to missed the game against Portugal, wtf --"
Fucking Ivorian cheats zzz . . .

Anyway, time flies and Belle is going home today already :\ . . .
Miss you~
XOXOXOXO!

I really have to do something on tourism already, lol =x

Holland are through to the 2nd round of the World Cup after winning a tough fight against Japan!
Wesley Sneijder came up with the break through with a powerful smashing ball, lol!
And glad that they defended well to keep the lead until the end . . .
HOLLAND ALL THE WAY !!!

Denmark sent Cameroon out of the World Cup with a great comeback after being a goal down and will face Japan next to determined who goes through to the 2nd round together with Holland from Group E~

Meanwhile in Group D, Harry Kewell was sent off for Australia against Ghana (Tim Cahill was sent off in the first game), and conceded a penalty, which Ghana took and equalized the game.
Australia looks to be heading out of the tournament, unless miracles happen, lol . . .

Ivory Coast pulled off a draw against Portugal,
how will they fare against the Brazilians tonight?
Stay tuned . . .

Wow... The German giants did so well against Australia but lost against Serbia.
Serbia are right back in the World Cup following the lost to Ghana, lol.

Slovenia v USA was the game of the day. Slovenia scored 2 goals in the first half, looking as if they're assured a place in the 2nd round but the States striked back twice in the 2nd half!
The team staring at danger is England who drew both their group games and face Slovenia next!

Well, Holland v Japan tonight, I don't think Holland will give Japan yet another fairytale Asian win, lol.
GO HOLLAND !!!

France 0 - 2 Mexico

South Koreans played well but Argentina was wayyyy better @_@
Higuain scored a hat trick, Messi performed well but still have yet to score . . .
And Greece came back from 1-0 down to win Nigeria 2-1! And Nigeria would be heading home already, lol~

And then France, lost to Mexico, it was kinda expected, expected for them to be disappointing, just like Euro 08, lol. Anyway it was Mexico's first ever win over France, and what an achievement that was. Mexico and Uruguay looks to be heading into the 2nd round while France and South Africa are going to say an early goodbye to the World Cup!

Will England be disappointing again tonight?
Lol, we'll see . . . . . . . .

Belle will be here till monday~
XOXO!

Shock of the World Cup, Switzerland 1 - 0 Spain. Shame on the players that are from Barcelona, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Valencia and Sevilla, they were playing against a Swiss team which I don't really know where the players come from, lol! Switzerland defended well and counter attacked when given the chance and did not waste the chance. Whereas, Spain, had 24 shots and 8 on target, they had over 70% of possession, they had all the stars, but couldn't score lol . . .
I guess many lose money in this game =x

Honduras and Chile was as boring as it sounds, lol zzz...

Meanwhile, back to Group A in the 2.30am game, Diego Forlan was the main man for Uruguay, such an important figure throughout, he not only scored a freaking nice goal, he conducts the team well, scoring a penalty late in the game, and even later after that, he gave one good long ball from the left to right flank in which the player crosses into the penalty box for a striker to score a 3rd goal for Uruguay.

Tonight's big game would be at 7.30pm, where South Korea take on Argentina!
And Belle is coming to my house to stay over :)

You're gonna catch me ~

New Zealand 1 - 1 Slovakia

Ivory Coast 0 - 0 Portugal

Brazil 2 - 1 North Korea

Brazil v Korea DPR

What a match day, New Zealand scores during stoppage time to equalize the match against Slovakia, giving them some form of hope. They made their country proud anyway, unlike Australia, haha!

Ivory Coast hold Portugal to a 0-0 draw, Ronaldo wasn't at his best though he had a shot from 35 yards out only to rattle the woodwork! Drogba got off the bench during the 2nd half and made not much impact either, but is was a good performance by Ivory Coast as a whole.

And probably the best game so far, and very surprising Brazil v North Korea(The lowest ranked country in the World Cup). Although Brazil won 2-1, North Korea were very very admirable, the way they played, taking on Brazil defenders fearlessly and defended Brazil fantastically! There was so much drive and passion. If only their finishing were better, Brazil would be in trouble and North Korea would create history. They already did by scoring their first ever goal in the World Cup, because it's their first time participating in this competition.
Beware North Korea seriously, lol.

Tonight, Spain will showcase their Barcelona type of play, lol.
I hope it will be free flow of goals for them, their group looks too damn easy, haha.
Or will they end up like Argentina, or worst still, France or England or Italy?

Japan 1 - 0 Cameroon

Italy 1 - 1 Paraguay

Italy v Paraguay

Holland defeated Denmark 2-0 and gain 3 all points and top the group by goal difference as Japan only incredibly won Eto'o's Cameroon by 1-0, lol.
The first own goal of the World Cup was scored by Denmark followed by a simple finish by Dirk Kuyt following Elia's effort. Well, a win is a win, if only Ruud was there. He wouldn't missed the chances van Persie and van der Vaart had =x. Good game though :)

And Italy only manage to pull off a draw against Paraguay who scored first, lol. Now New Zealand and Slovakia has a chance to top Group F, haha.

Tonight will be the games from the Group of Death too, Group G.
Portugal will take on Ivory Coast, Cristiano Ronaldo against Didier Drogba, woo!

Gotta work later and rush home for the match zzzz . . . .
